In short: Scandora turns receipts you capture with your phone or a network scanner into a DATEV-format export (EXTF booking batch) with the document images — packaged as a ZIP file your tax advisor can import straight into DATEV, without re-typing figures. Scandora does not store your original scans on its servers, and it also exports vouchers to lexoffice and sevDesk. These exports are coming soon on the Business / DATEV plan and are not available in this version yet.

- From receipt to import file. Capture it, let the managed AI read it, confirm each booking row, and export as an EXTF booking batch.
- Document images included. The ZIP contains the booking batch and the linked document images with a link table.
- Honest scope. Scandora never guesses accounts and is not "GoBD-certified"; the binding account assignment and GoBD compliance rest with your tax advisor.
- EU hosting. Our servers do not store your original files; the few server-side steps run on EU hosting in Germany.

Can I send scanned receipts straight to my tax advisor?
Coming soon. Scandora will then produce a DATEV-format export (EXTF booking batch) with the document images as a ZIP that your tax advisor imports into DATEV; it is not available in this version yet. Share it via DATEV Unternehmen online, email, or your usual channel.
Which chart of accounts does Scandora support?
SKR03 and SKR04, selectable in the DATEV configuration.
Does Scandora do the account assignment (Kontierung)?
No. Scandora never guesses booking accounts. Account, contra-account and tax key (BU-Schlüssel) remain your tax advisor's responsibility when importing into DATEV.
Is the export "GoBD-compliant"?
Scandora's DATEV-format export is coming soon; capture is already designed for GoBD and GDPR record-keeping. The binding GoBD compliance of your books is ensured by your tax advisor — Scandora is not "GoBD-certified".
Which plan will include the DATEV export?
The Business / DATEV plan, together with the lexoffice and sevDesk voucher export — coming soon, not available in this version yet.
