In short: Connect lexoffice once with a public API key and a posting category, then send scanned receipts and invoices into lexoffice as vouchers. Voucher export is coming soon on the Business / DATEV plan and is not available in this version yet.
What you need
- A lexoffice account.
- A lexoffice public API key — you can create one in lexoffice under Settings → Public API.
Step 1 — Connect with your API key
- In Scandora, go to Settings → Integrations and choose Connect lexoffice.
- Paste your lexoffice API key and tap Connect lexoffice. Scandora verifies the key against lexoffice.
Step 2 — Choose a posting category
lexoffice will not accept a voucher without a posting category, so the connection is only complete once you pick one. Scandora loads your lexoffice categories; tap the one your vouchers should be booked to. You can change it later by reconnecting.
Send a voucher
- Open a scanned document in your history.
- Use the Send to accounting action and choose lexoffice.
- Scandora uploads the document to lexoffice as a voucher, booked to the category you selected.
Good to know
- Your API key is stored securely for the connected profile; disconnect at any time in Integrations.
- Check the voucher in lexoffice after sending — you remain responsible for the booking.
